Ingredient
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 tsp baking powder
Salt
1/2 cup Filippo Berio Extra Light Olive Oil
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp grated lemon zest
Method
On sheet of waxed paper, combine flour, cornstarch, baking powder and pinch of salt; set aside.
In mixing bowl, combine olive oil, sugar, egg and lemon zest until smooth; add flour mixture until fully incorporated. Shape into smooth disk.
