Cauliflower is a crowd pleaser! Delight your tastebuds with this spicy cauliflower recipe. Add a pinch (or more) of parmesan cheese and pair with a delicious dip for a snack.

Ingredient
6 cups cauliflower, trimmed and cut into medium florets
3 tbsp Filippo Berio Olive Oil
1/3 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/2 cup chopped, toasted walnuts
2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
Tomato Dipping Sauce
1/2 cup marinara sauce sauce
1/4 cup Filippo Berio Tomato & Ricotta Pesto
Method
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper and cayenne to coat. Spread in single layer on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until cauliflower is tender.
Meanwhile, heat tomato sauce with pesto in saucepan over medium heat or until heated through.
Arrange cauliflower on a platter. Drizzle with sauce. Sprinkle with walnuts and parsley.
